I started cooking when i was 12 and since then i never stopped falling in love with this world, even when i was studying and playing music most of the time.
I started working in professional kitchens when i was 16 and, after 14 years of hard work, i opened Liberarte, my own restaurant, in Chieti - Italy in 2017 but i'm not going to stop: there is so much more to discover outside my country and i am really excited for my first international kitchen experience in München - Germany.
