Cookbiz Co., Ltd (hereinafter called “Company”) will, with regards to the protection of all personal information that is under its management, be sufficiently aware of its social mission and comply with all laws and regulations relating to personal information and the protection of human rights. Further, the Company declares that it has a personal information protection management system in order to actualize the policy detailed below and while being aware of up-to-date IT trends, changes to societal demands, and changes in the business environment will work towards its continuous improvement and thus the betterment of the whole Company.

With regards to its personal information protection management system the Company will, taking into account changes to the environment that the Company operates in, make timely and appropriate revisions and continually progress with improvements.

This service takes appropriate measures to ensure that the personal information of account holders is correct and up to date. Further, we will manage the personal information of account holders is an appropriate and safe manner.
