Ingredients:
Spring Chicken - 1 whole
Milk - 250 ml
Bread - 115 GMs
Turnip ( salgom )- 225 gms
Eggs - 4 pcs
Bacon - 60 Gms
Butter - 115 gms
Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste

Method :
Clean & truss the chicken. Remove the liver. Chop & mix with bread soaked milk, finely chopped turnip, 2 whole eggs & 2 yolks. Season with salt & pepper. Cook the mixture to light brown in butter & stuff the chicken with it. Place a piece of bacon over the chicken. Tie with a string & roast for about 25 minutes at 175degree centigrade basting frequently.
