Nasi Dagang Terengganu;
3 parts long grain, 1 part glutinous grain steamed to perfection with a mix of coconut milk, fenugreek seeds and julienned ginger and shallots.

Served usually with Gulai Ikan Tongkol(Curry Stew of Tuna) or Gulai Daging(Beef Curry Stew), boiled egg and pickled veggie.

Stews are best with spices from Cap Bunga Rose.
