Finding meaning in life through working with sushi.
What do you find most attractive about being a sushi chef?
I know I keep saying this, but I really do enjoy how cool and stylish the profession is. I can’t see myself doing any other kind of work, and if I had to go back to when I was 15 years old, I would still make the choice of becoming a sushi chef.
Furthermore, I truly enjoy working with customers. I get to work right next to them and it makes me extremely happy when I get to hear how much they enjoy my food firsthand.
Being a sushi chef is like taking a lead role.And I can feel my life on the stage of Sushi. We can hardly find such a job, I think. That’s what attracts me the most.
